In light of the New Year's resolution, I wanted to personally thank you and wish you a happy new year! 😃I try to be thankful each and every day, but it’s easy to forget during our busy lives. That's one of the reasons I’m fond of the New Year's celebration, as it reminds me to reflect on the previous year. This has been a big year for MyMalls and the entire team. We wouldn’t be here without amazing members like yourself. Thank you so much for enabling us to keep the lights on and work on what we love every single day. 🙏🤗😘

Our team works hard to be able to deliver on our promise; a hassle-free shipping experience. We therefore improved our preregistration process. When you preregister your packages, our Warehouse team can take care of your packages faster than ever! If you haven't tried preregistering, we suggest you give it a go. It is completely free of charge and will make sure your package is ready for payment in the blink of an eye!
Due to your continued and amazing support, we had outgrown our previous warehouse and needed to move to a bigger one in Opa-Locka. Please reach out to us if you still expect packages in the previous one, so we can help you find a solution. If you haven't shipped with your new address yet, please make sure to change it at all your favorite shops.
How do I change my MyMalls address?
We have been working hard in 2020 to open a second location in Europe, The Netherlands to be exact. This will allow you to shop at your favorite EU shops and experience the same MyMalls benefits as you've been experiencing so far when shopping from the U.S.! Along with that, our website will soon receive a full make-over!
Well! That was quite the update! There's even more to come, but we like to keep some of it a surprise ;).
