Another year has gone by and we are on the brink of a new year filled with exciting new endeavors. 2021 has been one of the most eventful years in recent history and it taught us that despite all challenges, Team MyMalls remains resilient. So, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the unswerving love our customers have shown us this past year. A big thank you for trusting us with your international shopping experience. We are very much looking forward to forwarding your packages in 2022 and beyond. May this New Year be filled with much success, happiness, health and Blessings.

As we’re getting closer to the new year, we decided to take a look back at some of our favorite moments that marked our calendar this year. For starters, the opening of our marketing offices in Dublin, Ireland and adding key people with broad marketing talents wasa huge step in the right direction. We Launched our mobile app just last month catering to the needs of the average MyMalls member. We are currently living in a mobile era where the number of mobile users far exceeds desktop users; so, we jumped at the opportunity to take the user experience to another level. Another recent development we introduced is the Advanced Duty Collection from our shipping partner DHL Express. Members will now receive a full overview of the import taxes they need to pay and can do so online before the package is delivered. Needless to say, this makes your shipping experience even more hassle free!

The global pandemic has threatened the stability and performance of MyMalls, but thanks to our team, partners, and members, mymalls has managed to stand the test of time. Your support has helped us navigate the ups and downs of our business journey. Our growth over the years has been a cumulative outcome of the efforts of every individual associated with us. So, building on the strengths of our technical capabilities and your support, we are looking forward to stepping into the year 2022 with many new aspirations.
