Here's how you can make the most of your shipping credits:
When you've earned shipping credits, they will be automatically credited to your MyMalls account. To check the total amount of shipping credits you have available, simply log in to your MyMalls suite. You’ll see the total amount of credits you have in the top right corner of the suite.
Note: Currently, the visibility of your shipping credits is only available on the desktop version of your suite. Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available on mobile or the MyMalls app. However, we are excited to announce that we are working on creating a MyMalls Wallet. This will make it possible for you to view your credits on all devices, and we will notify all our members as soon as this feature is launched.
Even though you may not be able to view your credits on mobile or the app just yet, you can still easily apply them to your shipments during the checkout process. Here’s how:
