How to Use your Shipping Credits for Discounts

At MyMalls, we are committed to making your shipping experience as seamless and cost-effective as possible. One of the perks of being a MyMalls member is the ability to earn and use shipping credits towards your next shipment, providing you with valuable discounts. Here's how you can make the most of your shipping credits:

Checking Your Shipping Credits

When you've earned shipping credits, they will be automatically credited to your MyMalls account. To check the total amount of shipping credits you have available, simply log in to your MyMalls suite. You’ll see the total amount of credits you have in the top right corner of the suite.

Note: Currently, the visibility of your shipping credits is only available on the desktop version of your suite. Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available on mobile or the MyMalls app. However, we are excited to announce that we are working on creating a MyMalls Wallet. This will make it possible for you to view your credits on all devices, and we will notify all our members as soon as this feature is launched.

How to Use Your Shipping Credits at Checkout

Even though you may not be able to view your credits on mobile or the app just yet, you can still easily apply them to your shipments during the checkout process. Here’s how:

1. Complete Your Shopping: Once you’ve shopped and are ready to ship your items, proceed to the checkout process as usual.
2. Review & Confirm Page: When you reach the final step of the checkout process, known as the “Review & Confirm” page, you’ll see a summary of your order.
3. Apply Your Shipping Credits: On this page, under the payment method section, you will notice a toggle option. This toggle allows you to apply your shipping credits to this payment. Simply switch the toggle to the "on" position to apply your available credits. The discount will be automatically calculated and deducted from your total payment amount.
4. Complete Your Payment: After applying your credits, review the final amount to ensure everything is correct, then proceed to complete your payment.

That’s it! Your shipping credits have been successfully applied, and you’ve saved money on your shipment.

Our upcoming MyMalls Wallet feature will allow you to track and use your credits effortlessly across all devices, ensuring you never miss out on any savings.
