Insuring your MyMalls packages just got simpler!

As you know, the team here at MyMalls is continually looking for ways to simplify the process of getting your packages quickly and safely to your home or business.

In that regard, we’re excited to announce a simplification to our insurance policy, based on either the declared value of your package (excluding shipping and handling costs), or the combined value of your consolidated packages.

Simple package insurance

Here’s how it works:

1. Less than 100 $US? It’s free. — If the declared value is less than 100 $US, we include insurance automatically, for free.
2. Between 101 $US and 1,000 $US? Optional, 2.5%. — If the declared value is between 101 $US and 1,000 $US, insurance is optional, and will cost 2.5% of the declared value.
3. Above $1,000 $US? Required, 2.5%. — If the declared value is above 1,000 $US, we will automatically add insurance that will cost 2.5% of the declared value.
