Welcome to our new MyMalls website!

Dear MyMalls members, we are happy to announce that we totally redesigned our website! We hope you like it and are able to find what you need even more easily!

Our mission at MyMalls is still the same; to make the Caribbean, Latin American and Canadian online shopping experience completely hassle-free! We continuously strive to be the easiest shipping company out there and therefore thought it was time for a complete redesign of our website. Take for example our 'how shipping works' page, where we show you every step of the way how to get packages shipped from the U.S. to your doorstep!

Cost Transparency

We have always been very transparent about our pricing. Still, we thought we could explain this more easily. Head over to our shipping cost page, to find this interactive invoice. Down below is just a screencap, but on the Cost Calculator page, you can hover over the information icons to get more detailed information about what you pay for, and why. You will also discover that we completely redesigned the Cost Calculator itself, so it is even easier to estimate your shipping cost upfront.

What else is there to come?

In our 2020 update, we already told you about some of the things that kept us busy. One of the bigger projects was our Warehouse Move, because we, thanks to your support, continue to grow! But, we also mentioned we are working extremely hard to get our European Warehouse (based in the Netherlands) open as soon as possible. With this new website, we are almost ready to also open the European gates for you!

We hope you like the new design, and together we look forward to opening our European warehouse. And you can be sure that we have even more surprises for you this year! Have feedback? Let us know!
