Sign up for your free MyMalls address

Join MyMalls to get a personal shipping address in the US and in the EU.

Signing up is completely free and there are no monthly costs involved. You only pay when you ship a package. Estimate your shipping costs with our transparent shipping cost calculator.

Shop online at your favorite stores

Simply use your personal MyMalls address when checking out at any online store.

While most things can be shipped, a number of items are prohibited due to airline safety or due to local regulations.

Preregister your package

Add the tracking number in your suite and upload your invoices as soon as you have them.

By preregistering your packages the speed of processing them is significantly increased.

Your package arrival and processing at MyMalls

Our warehouse team receives the package, measures it, and inspects it to make sure all items are accounted for and in good condition.

As soon as we receive your package you will be notified every step of the way and a picture of your package will be visible in your suite.

Free Storage

You can store your packages for up to 60 days. You can use this time to wait for other packages to arrive at our warehouse.

Remember, we combine up to three packages into one, saving you an average of 60 US$ in shipping and handling costs.

Your package is ready to be shipped

Once you have completed payment your package will be picked up by our shipping partner. It will be shipped by air freight, and cleared by customs at the final destination.

Email notifications will keep you up-to-date during every step of the process and tracking updates are available in your suite.

Doorstep delivery

Your package has been cleared and is delivered right to your front door.

Consolidate 3-1 for Free: How it Works

In general, each package you ship with MyMalls includes fixed and variable costs. The fixed costs include the MyMalls handling fee, and the DHL per-package basic fees. By letting you consolidate up to three packages for free into a single shipment, you can save up to 60 $US!
