This is how our hiring process looks like:

1. Online Application
Our team will review your submitted application and resume. While not mandatory, including a brief explanation of why you would like to work for us can be helpful. We always aim to respond within 5 working days to inform you about the next steps.
2. Interview & Selection
If your application aligns with our requirements and goals, we will proceed with scheduling one or two interviews. Following the interviews, we take some time to ensure we select candidates who align with the job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
3. Onboarding
Upon accepting the offer, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding program to help you perform optimally in your new role. This includes familiarization with our company guidelines, procedures, as well as training on any necessary tools or systems.
